HSS celebrates International Nurses Day

Held every year on the anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birth, International Nurses Day is an opportunity to celebrate and recognise our hard-working nurses, all over the world.

This year’s theme is ‘Our Nurses. Our Future!’ and we had a chat with NurseWest nurses Andrea Vaughan and Shaleen Yzarri and AIN Minaz Boghani who reflect on what led them into nursing, and some of the more memorable experiences throughout their journeys.

HSS is proud to be supporting our nurses across the WA health system and wish them all very happy International Nurses Day!
