New HSS Strategic Plan for 2022-24 launched
We are proud to launch our new Strategic Plan for 2022-24 – which outlines a clear direction for how we will better support our customers to provide excellent healthcare.
Our Strategic Plan sets a clear and bold vision to provide great services, be a valued partner to our customers, and support the health of all Western Australians.
Our strategy was developed in consultation with customers from WA’s public health services and hospitals, the Department of Health, Mental Health Commission, and Health and Disability Services Complaints Office, as well as HSS employees. It aims to better address the needs of the WA health system as demand for health services continues to grow and we transition to living with COVID-19.
Under our new strategy, we will continue to put customers at the heart of everything we do whilst also investing in our people. There will be a strong focus on delivering simple, reliable, responsive and sustainable services to support the WA health system into the future.
