On Tuesday 10 December we celebrated the outstanding individuals and teams who embody our values and deliver exceptional services at the 2024 HSS Annual Excellence Awards.
The talent, dedication, and innovation demonstrated by our people is inspiring and it’s clear that our values are not just words, but a guiding force in how we interact with our customers, collaborate as teams, and support one another as individuals.
These Awards recognise our outstanding employees who have gone above and beyond, consistently demonstrating our HSS values in the work they do.

This year, we also introduced two exciting new award categories:
Culture Champion Award - Payroll Services team
Selected by the HSS Board, this award recognises an individual or team who has made a meaningful impact on our organisational culture through innovative strategies or initiatives.
Excellence in Leadership Award - Mitchell Jesson
Chosen by the HSS Executive Team, this award honours an individual who has exemplified outstanding leadership by making strategic decisions, driving organisational success, and fostering a culture of excellence aligned with our values.
