Payroll

Payroll Services ensures that more than 70,000 WA Health employees are paid accurately and on time each fortnight.

Whether you’re updating your payroll details, changing your superannuation information, claiming a deduction, amending a leave booking, or seeking help to understand your payslip, our Payroll team can help you find the information and answers you need.

Employee pay and benefits are processed based on information provided by your manager. For enquiries relating to your pay, please contact your manager in the first instance.

Access the HSS Customer Hub (WA Health employees only) for further information on:

  • Your pay, benefits, allowances, deductions and expenses
  • Understanding your payslip
  • Salary packaging and superannuation
  • Tax
  • Leave entitlements and booking or cancelling leave

To speak to a Payroll team member, call 13 44 77 and select option 2.

Graphic with quote "I always receive excellent service from the Payroll team - they're helpful and supportive when I need assistance."
