Our partners

Our partners

Working in partnership with organisations across the WA health system, we support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Through our workforce, ICT, procurement and supply, and financial services, we enable our partners to focus on what matters most – caring for Western Australians.

Our partners include:

  • Child and Adolescent Health Service
  • Department of Health
  • East Metropolitan Health Service
  • Health and Disability Services Complaints Office
  • Mental Health Commission
  • North Metropolitan Health Service
  • PathWest
  • Quadriplegic Centre
  • South Metropolitan Health Service
  • WA Country Health Service

Our commitment to our partners

To ensure we continue to support the delivery of high-quality care across the WA health system, our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) formalise the services provided by HSS, the standards we deliver to and the respective roles and responsibilities for both HSS and our partners.

SLAs define agreed service levels and performance measures used to monitor outcomes, demonstrate delivery performance and support continuous improvement. They also provide a structured mechanism for collaboration, issue resolution and ongoing review, recognising the shared accountability of HSS and WA health entities and the evolving nature of the health system.

We work closely with our partners to strengthen relationships, and continuously improve our services to support better outcomes.

Feedback

We value feedback to help us understand what we're doing well, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the services we provide.

If you are a WA Health employee and would like to provide feedback, a compliment or a complaint, please visit the feedback and complaints page and complete the online form. For all other enquiries, please complete the form below and a team member will be in touch.
